Slightly larger than cello carrots, our table carrots contain high levels of antioxidant beta-carotene and are low in calories. Our table carrots come in a 25-lb. bag and are perfect for juicing or preparing meals for the family or a large group.
Place your carrots in a resealable plastic bag or other airtight container, and store them in the refrigerator. You can extend the shelf life of table carrots by placing a damp paper towel in the bag or container with them. Avoid storing carrots in water, because it will soften their texture.
