Roaster Carrots.
Refrigerate baby carrots in their original package until opened. Once opened, place them in a resealable plastic bag or other airtight container, and store them in the refrigerator. You can extend the shelf life of carrots by placing a damp paper towel in the bag or container with them. Avoid storing carrots in water, because it will soften their texture.
